Asterisks - Special meaning for Poker Hands or Cards

Asterisks * will appear on the right of any poker hand which is also listed in the '8 out or better draw' poker hand category.
Asterisks will appear next to a poker hand in the 'Open ended straight draw' poker hand category if that poker hand also appears in the 'Flush draw' poker hand category and vice versa.
